ALLinONE Meetings Terms and Conditions:

1) The ALLinONE Meetings package is only available at participating Holiday Inn

hotels in the UK and Ireland for meetings with a minimum of ten delegates booked and confirmed before 30th June 2010 and taken before 31st December 2010.

2) The ALLinONE Meetings package is based on a day delegate package basis. Rates will vary by date of stay. Contact participating hotel direct for further details.

3) The ALLinONE standard meetings package includes, subject to availability, the following at the participating hotel:

          i.        internet access for the meeting organiser; and
         ii.        hire of a meeting room, adaptable for client needs; and
        iii.        LCD projector and screen; and
        iv.        dedicated meetings contact to support the client throughout the event; and
         v.        flip charts and stationery; and
        vi.        coffee/tea breaks; and
       vii.        Light lunch

Some of the above may not be available at some participating hotels. Check with the hotel at time of booking. Some hotels may have additional offerings included in the standard package.

4) The ALLinONE Meetings package includes a choice from ONE of the following options:

          i.        Double BusinessClub points. Must be a BusinessClub member (“Member”) to collect points. To join BusinessClub for free, visit www.businessclub.ihg.com. Must register in advance at www.businessclub.ihg.com and provide a valid email address.
         ii.        1 in 7 delegates free up to a maximum of 10 free delegates.
        iii.        Free breakfast for each delegate on a non-residential package OR
Free ½ bottle of house wine per person with evening meal in the restaurant for each delegate on a residential package.
        iv.        Room upgrade for the meeting host and, subject to availability, for other delegates.
         v.        Free Wi-Fi or internet access in the meeting room (subject to technical constraints at the participating hotels). 1 free license/access per 7 delegates attending.

Not all Additional Package options are available at all the participating hotels. Check with the hotel at the time of booking.

5) Cancellation and refund policy as per each hotel. Check with the hotel at time of booking.

6) Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or special promotions.

7) These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England to resolve any mater arising from this promotion
