1. Book your meetings in any participating Crowne Plaza or Holiday Inn hotel in the UK.
2. Once booked, register each meeting in your account on the web site.
3. Once the hotel has confirmed that your meeting has taken place, your points will be added to your account. This will take up to two weeks (you will receive an email update when this happens).
4. Once you've held meetings worth £5,000 we'll pop your Nespresso Citiz in the post. Simple.
